About McMullen Booth Elementary School

School Mission

McMullen-Booth Elementary will provide the best possible educational experience, which results in highest student achievement for all, through the unified efforts of the school, parents and community.

School Philosophy

It is the responsibility of the entire staff of McMullen Booth Elementary school to support each student as they develop socially, emotionally, physically and academically. We view each child as a whole and strive toward helping them to be their best. It is the function of our educational program to provide high quality learning experiences that help each student master the skills necessary to be successful.

Within our classrooms, teachers determine the appropriate level of instruction for each child. The instruction is tailored to the child, meeting them where they are and guiding them to where they need to be to achieve grade level expectations and beyond. We welcome parents as partners in this most important work and want you to know that you are an integral part of everything we do.

School Background

Opening its doors in August 1997, McMullen-Booth Elementary is located under the oaks at 3025 Union St., Clearwater. Our school campus sits on 20 acres of beautifully landscaped property and is comprised of six buildings, all supporting our diverse learning community. In addition to our 40 classroom spaces, five relocatable classrooms house students on our campus. McMullen-Booth is a Reading Units of Study School and serves the district as a mentor school site in our efforts to raise literacy for our students.
